These Terms govern your use of the Kinetic Training website, mobile application, and membership services.
1. Using Kinetic Training
Kinetic Training provides training programs, workout tracking, and related account services. You must be at least 13 years old, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Keep your login credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Memberships and billing
Memberships are purchased through our website and processed by Stripe. Your selected plan renews according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal. You can manage your payment method, plan, and cancellation through the billing portal.
3. Training information
Kinetic Training is a fitness and baseball training tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for you and for stopping activity if you experience pain, illness, or injury. Consult a qualified professional when needed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or app, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer the service, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
5. Intellectual property
The Kinetic Training name, software, program content, graphics, and related materials belong to Kinetic Training or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of our materials.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Kinetic Training is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
